1. The first phase involves a comprehensive discovery process, including engagement, requirements gathering, and solution scoping, to ensure the development of a fit-for-purpose solution. This phase focuses on defining the project deliverables and determining the necessary specifications, features, and functionalities to effectively meet the digital project’s goals. This phase is complimentary for businesses.

    

2. The second phase encompasses vendor sourcing, assessment, and selection support to facilitate an informed decision-making process. This involves evaluating vendor competency, conducting an IT risk assessment, providing request-for-proposal support, and utilising weighted assessment scoring to ensure the selection of the most suitable vendor for the digital project. This phase is complimentary for businesses.

    

3. The third phase provides project oversight support to ensure effective management of digital project execution in the best interest of the business. This includes representing the client as the Project Manager, overseeing deployment, acting as the key liaison with the vendor’s Project Manager, and ensuring all deliverables are achieved in a timely and professional manner. This phase is optional for businesses and incurs charges only if selected.
